Double check your address to make sure it’s correct before placing your order, however you do have time within the pre-order period to a week before the estimated shipping to change your address. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after receiving your order, you as a buyer are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition then expect some loss in value(basically the same as etsy)
